Mainly the CPU speed then RAM 1gb> and the specially VGA PCI EXPRESS more advance of the video card add more power ..
A better graphics card will not help your load time.It will only help your graphics in game.If you wont faster load times(i take it you mean load time in between maps) you need to upgrade your processor. You will see a huge differance.My maps use to take forever to load.By the time i got in guys all ready had a couple of kills.I got a faster cpu and load time was amazing. Depending on the amount of ram you have adding to it wont make much of a differance. Just get a faster CPU. Good luck gaming bro.
