What Are The Health Benefits Of Drinking Green Chai Tea?

I bought a box of the Stash green chai tea yesterday. My family was shocked because I can’t stand tea of any kind. But I just drank my first mug of this a few minutes ago and it tastes wonderful! It actually sort of tastes a bit like the Mexican horchata. So I’m considering taking it up regularly instead of drinking Swiss Miss and Folgers. What are the health benefits of this delicious beverage?
