Basically the stores everyone before told you about.
Just hit any mall, anywhere that has clothes for juniors.
Some of my favorites and suggestions:
-American Eagle (has some good styles)
-PacSun (kind of a punky, rock, vintage, skater kind of store, but you can always find something cute and girly. They specialize in skinny jeans, t shirts, tanks, and printed hoodies.)
-Forever 21 (Any typre of girl can always find something here. Girly, sporty, punk- its all here. The prices arent bad either.)
-Hollister (is $$$! Really. Otherwise, go to the clearance section. :] Its like an Abercrombie and Fitch also. If you’re a modest person, you can find a few things here. But since summer is almost over, there might be fewer tanks and short shorts.)
-Aeropostale (is cheap. Personally and hoestly, I’m not very fond of their quality. Most of my shirts from their fell apart. But thats me! Maybe not for other people. Otherwise its not a bad store.)
-Vans (This shoe store is the cheese! Pretty much everyone has a pair. Almost. Pretty much.)
-Target (is cheaper and it has some good styles. Sometimes the fit can be funny, but the accesories arent bad.)
-JCPenney (is fashion forward, like most department stores. Good styles.)
-Old Navy (also has some good deals.)
-Wet Seal (is pretty fashion forward. Has all the trends, everything from basic to flashy.)
-Max Rave or Rave (like a Wet Seal. Really great deals, but clothing falls apart. Their camisoles arent that bad though. Mine from last year are still in good shape for this year.)
-Victoria Secret Pink (I like it, but it centers more on a college setting. But it doesnt really matter.)
-Urban Outfitters (has REALLY nice clothes, but its $$$. For me.)
-Papaya (is more for the flashy trendy girl.)
-Gap (is like an Old Navy.)
-Ross (is kind of disorganized, but you can always find something good.)
-Marshalls (is like a Ross. Its where all the leftover clothes get put (like Ross) but I heard its better because real designers are put in there. Clothing I mean.)
-Nordstrom (has really cute shoes. Not a bad juniors section.)

if money is a issue i would hit forever 21 and jcpenny even! they always have buy one get one sales around back to school, and they have really stylish clothes! for jeans i would go to pac sun, they always have many options and pants are 2 for $45, or $55.
