honestly it did for me, I swear I met MJB and JAY Z. all my thoughts and energy went with it. every concert they had I was there. When they came to philly I finally talked to MJB up close and everything same with jigga nov 3 08.
I don’t think there is any such law, except in the sense that stalkers tend to meet their victims more than randomly. Meeting a celebrity would be interesting, because you would find out exactly how much of their fame was due to their qualities, and how much was due to your need for them to be famous.

Law of attraction? Please edit your question to include more information because a) I, and apparently many others, don’t know what it is an b) everything I google for it comes up as some hokey money scam or dating website.
