Lo Wu is strictly a train crossing. From HKIA, there are cross-border buses that go to Huanggang crossing, which is about 10 minutes west of Lo Wu.
If you want to cross at Lo Wu, your quickest route is probably take airport bus A43 to Sheung Shui Station and connect to the MTR East Rail. The bus fare is $29.2. Lo Wu is just one stop away.
You clear HK’s immigration and customs at HKIA. At Lo Wu, you clear HK’s immigration again for departure, walk across the border crossing, then go through China’s immigration and customs. While you don’t need a visa for HK, be sure you have a valid visa for entering China.
You should contact SkyLimo to get the exact information you are looking for. They provide limousine transportation from the airport and other locations throughout HK, to Shenzhen and other cities in Guangdong province.

The most efficient way to travel from Hong Kong airport (HKIA) to Lo Wu/Shenzhen using public transportation is by Bus then MTR train (I used to travel by myself often in this route). Please note that bringing too large luggage or items inside the bus is not advisable.
Once you exit from HKIA Arrival Hall, to your right, about 3 minutes walk, you can find the AIRPORT (GTC) BUS TERMINUS.
Take the Bus A43 or Bus N42A(overnight) from the Airport Bus Terminus and get off at (3rd Bus stop counting 1st at HKIA) SHEUNG SHUI RAILWAY STATION bus stop (few meters away from the Sheung Shui MTR station (HK$29.2, about 40 minutes bus trip). Then take the MTR East Rail trains towards Lo Wu station – next station, (HK$20, 6 minutes).
Note: All the train passengers will get off at Lo Wu (last station), take extra care of yourself as most of them are in hurry. You can find the HK immigration visitor’s counter on the left most corner of the building.

HK airport had direct coaches to shenzhen so u needn’t take MTR as it’s not convenience & long way.
There are a number of ways you can do this…
The fastest way and most economical will be from HK airport go to the Through Bus stand (buses that go straight into ShenZhen, GuangZhou) and catch the bus to Huang Gang (in ShenZhen) Border crossing. Since you want to get to Luo Hu, there is a metro/subway station at Huang Gang, just catch it and go to the last stop at Luo Hu.
From HK to Huang Gang it’s all expressway and should only take 30 minutes more or less. Also from Huang Gang to Luo Hu there are buses but the subway will be faster and less hassle.
There are also buses that will go all the way from HK airport to Luo Hu or to GuangZhou, but you will probably need to change buses at Huang Gang anyway.
The other way is to catch the MTR (HK airport express) from the airport straight into HK Island (Central), transfer to the Tsuen Wan Line (Red Line), either transfer at Tsim Sha Tsui or Mong Kok (here you will need to transfer to the Kwun Tong Line [green] before getting on the East Rail) for the MTR East Rail and go to the end of the line at LoWu (this is the Cantonese for Luo Hu) cross the border and your there
See this map of ShenZhen for logistics
Subway is best choice.
